2. **Digital Downloads:** Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds on these items. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered consumed and cannot be returned for a refund. 3. **Non-Personalized and Non-Custom Items:** For non-personalized and non-custom items, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
